School Reviews
The key to continuous improvement, wherever a school is on its journey, is the accurate identification of its strengths and areas for development.

Michael has extensive experience of undertaking school and university reviews. Drawing on his previous experience as an HMI with Ofsted, Michael will work constructively with leaders to undertake an objective, formative review to identify strengths and areas for development.
Reviews are always tailored to meet the needs of the setting and are usually between 1 and 2 days in length. Reviews are undertaken onsite.
Reviews can explore all aspects of a school (quality of education, behaviour & attitudes, personal development, safeguarding and leadership and management) or be focused on particular spotlight areas.
