Improvement partner work is often bespoke and tailored to meet the needs and context of the individual setting. This can involve short-term, focused pieces of work or longer term support. Common focus areas include:

Michael will visit your setting on a agreed basis, to provide support and challenge to senior leaders, middle leaders and those responsible for governance. Each visit will have an agreed focus and series of activities designed to meet your needs.

Michael also offers annual improvement partner packages. Typically this involves 3, 6, 9 or 12 onsite visits throughout the academic year dependent on the level of support your setting requires. A record of visit is provided after each visit providing an outline of findings, strengths and agreed next steps.
