Improvement Partner

Michael has significant experience of undertaking improvement partner work within a range of settings; including

• schools

• multi-academy trusts 

• universities

Wherever you are on your improvement journey, Michael  will work with leaders to support, challenge and validate self-evaluation.

Improvement partner work is often bespoke and tailored to meet the needs and context of the individual setting. This can involve short-term, focused pieces of work or longer term support. Common focus areas include:

• Curriculum and pedagogy

• Leadership, including governance 

• Quality assurance / quality enhancement 

 

Michael will visit your setting on a agreed basis, to provide support and challenge to senior leaders, middle leaders and those responsible for governance. Each visit will have an agreed focus and series of activities designed to meet your needs.
