Project management

Prior to becoming self-employed, Michael was a director of projects and strategy for a large multi-academy trust of primary and secondary schools. In this role, he project managed the opening of a multi-million pound special free-school for children and young people with social, emotional and mental heath (SEMH) needs. He also lead a range of other projects, including a re-brand of the Trust and the implementation of a new HR and payroll system. He has an excellent understanding of project management methodology.
